What is your minimum order?

25 pieces for special geometry; standard sizes ship from stock in any quantity.

How long is a quote valid?

Thirty days. Carbide prices move, so older quotes are re-priced rather than honoured.

Can you match a regrind cycle?

Yes. Send the worn tool and we will quote regrinding to the original geometry, or a new geometry if the wear pattern says the tool was wrong for the job.

Do you keep our drawings?

Only for repeat orders, and they are never shared. Say so in the first email and we will delete them after the batch.
